A good aluminum welder-fabricator can create a large variety of fabrications on a one-off basis fairly economically, though obviously not competitive with production items. Welding and sheet metal fabrication

We offer TIG and MIG welding services of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. We often team up with a sheet metal shop nearby, Polaris Sheet Metal which has complete sheet metal working equipment.

3,500 gallon aluminum water tank

The Northshore YMCA operates a boys camp on Children’s Island off the Marblehead, MA coast.
The tank shown in the photos which is 8 feet in diameter and 10 feet high was built recently for them.
It was transported by truck to Beverly and by barge to the Island. Construction is 0.190 inch t aluminum
5052 H32 alloy except for the bottom which is 0.25 inch t. The tank is coated inside with Ameron Amershield.
